Senior Pastor
He is the founder and senior pastor of Light of Life Church, and a respected spiritual leader, community advocate, and businessman. His commitment to serving the marginalized is shown through programs and resources that uplift those in need. He graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary and is also a certified chaplain, offering spiritual support in the marketplace. He and Lady Charlet have been married since 2000, and they have four children and one granddaughter.

Lady Charlet Lewis
Executive Pastor
As a licensed Minister, she leads with grace and compassion, embodying the values she preaches in her daily life. Beyond her pastoral duties, she is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist© and is pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Bible & Theology at Ashland University. She is a published author, with three impactful books: "I Had to Change," "I Had to Change: The Bible Study Workbook," and "40 Days of Change Devotional".

Libby Fritts
Elder
Since 2014, Elder Libby has been an integral part of the LOLC community. From the moment she joined, her dedication to serving others with a mixture of humility, love, and tough love (when necessary) has shone through. Not only does she sit on LOLC's Board of Directors, but she is also a licensed Minister of the Gospel, having attended Seminary and earned a Diploma of Theology. Currently, she is a graduate student at Ashland University, in the Black Church Studies Master Program.


Kim Ryder
Elder
She is a devoted servant of God, exemplifying service, prayer, and community. She accepted her calling to ministry as an Elder in 2021. As a servant, prayer warrior, daughter, mother, wife, and friend, she strives to live a life of purpose and faith. She has been a proud member of Life of Life Church for 12 years, where she finds daily blessings and opportunities to encourage and pray for others. Outside of her spiritual commitments, she enjoys traveling, bowling, weight training, attending basketball games, and watching HGTV. Most importantly, she values spending quality time with her family and friends.

Kiersten Scruggs
Minister
She was ordained and licensed as a minister in 2021 at LOLC. Born and raised in the church, she has a heart to serve people and a deep desire to see everyone living life as their authentic selves, free from mental and emotional struggles, so they can be all God designed them to be. She works as a social worker in the medical field and finds it to be very fulfilling and rewarding work. She has a master’s degree in social work from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York College of Pennsylvania. She is also a licensed clinical social worker within the state of VA. She volunteers with Experience Camp, a grief camp for children who have experienced the loss of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. She enjoys traveling, reading, going to the movies and spending quality time with friends and family.
